Aufgaben
-Supporting in corporate and commercial law, focusing on company law, commercial law, and capital markets/securities trading law
-Assisting in review, drafting, and negotiation of contracts and legal documents in both German and English
-Researching and preparing legal assessments on civil, contract, and regulatory law topics
-Supporting legal and compliance-related projects in areas such as banking supervisory law, anti-money laundering, data protection, and corporate governance
-Collaborating closely with Product, Operations, Finance, and Management on business-relevant legal matters
-Monitoring legal and regulatory developments relevant to the FinTech/ financial services industry
Qualifikation
-Ongoing studies in law, business law, or a comparable field with a focus on civil and commercial law
-Ideally first theoretical or practical experience in commercial law, corporate law, capital markets law, labor law, or regulatory topics
-Strong interest in financial markets, corporate financing, and economic interrelationships
-Analytical mindset, structured working style, and attention to detail
-High level of initiative, reliability, and motivation to take responsibility
-Strong communication skills and confidence working in an international environment
-Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
